Do Pratley Dollars Expire?

When should I submit my Pratley Dollars:

Once you've sold your Pratley instrument, it's best practice to submit your sale straight away. However, if you are as forgetful as I am, we do have a buffer and allow 3 months from the date of sale to get your submission in. Unfortunately, we can't accept Pratley sale receipts older than 3 months.

How do I check my Pratley Dollars Balance.

You can check your Pratley Dollars balance in the following ways.

#1 You can check your balance by tallying your “PR$ Remaining:” from the list above.

PRO TIP: If your stores' list is quite long, you can copy all the data and paste it into Excel. Then it's easy to filter names and tally the total

#2  Send a quick email to rewards@nationalmusic.com.au , requesting your balance. We should get back to you within 2 business days.

How do I redeem my Pratley dollars:

Once you have earned enough Pratley Dollars for a purchase redemption, (min Purchase $100 RRP) simply email rewards@nationalmusic.com.au with the item you would like to purchase.

Pratley Dollars must be redeemed on In-Stock items only, No Backorders.

Ensure to include your staff members' names. We will then ship this item with your next order.

Pratley Dollers items will be invoiced on a seperate $0 invoice. Noting the RRP Value of the redemption. and your Pratley Dollars balance will be reduced by that amount within the Pratley Dollars account.

I've almost got enough PR$ to redeem an item, can I part pay the rest?

As Pratley Dollars is an incentive program rewarding the sale of Pratley guitars,  the accrued Pratley Dollars balance needs to cover the full RRP value of the product being redeemed. Part payments are not accepted.

The answer to this is simple. Get out there and sell another Pratley guitar.

What if I sell more than one Pratley on the same store invoice number?

Great news! The more, the merrier. The PR$ form will only let you enter an invoice number once.

For subsequent entries using the same invoice number, just add a suffix to the end of the invoice number.

eg: INV99999-1, INV99999-2, INV99999-3 etc.

Do Pratley Dollars Expire?

Pratley Dollars are accrued by individual Staff Members, within a store login account, and should be redeemed within 24 months of submitting the sale, before the Pratley Dollars expire.

If a staff member leaves, their accrued Pratley Dollars cannot be allocated to another staff member.

For the purposes of fairness, if a staff member attempts to redeem Pratley Dollars for another staff member without their consent, (including redeeming Pratley Dollars for staff that has left)  they may be penalized either by the exit from the Pratley Dollars platform, or forfeit of Pratley Dollars earned.
